Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services:

PureMath Solutions agrees to provide IT/ITES (Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services) to clients in Papua New Guinea. This includes, but is not limited to, software development, technical support, data entry, software testing, and other IT-related services, as per the client's requirements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation required for the successful execution of the IT/ITES services. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete specifications, data, and any necessary approvals in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay PureMath Solutions the agreed-upon fees for the IT/ITES services provided. Payment terms, including the amount, method, and schedule, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. Any additional costs incurred during the provision of services will be communicated to the client for approval.

Intellectual Property

PureMath Solutions acknowledges that all intellectual property rights for any software, applications, or deliverables created during the provision of services belong to the client. Upon receipt of full payment, PureMath Solutions will transfer ownership of the deliverables to the client. Any pre-existing materials provided by the client will remain the property of the client.


PureMath Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared by the client during the provision of services. This includes client data, specifications, trade secrets, and any other sensitive information. PureMath Solutions will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the performance of the agreed-upon services.

Project Timelines

PureMath Solutions will make reasonable efforts to adhere to agreed-upon project timelines. However, any delays caused by the client, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the project schedule. PureMath Solutions will communicate any significant deviations from the original timeline to the client and work towards resolving any issues promptly.

Quality Assurance

PureMath Solutions will perform necessary testing and quality assurance measures to ensure the deliverables meet the agreed-upon specifications and are free from major defects. The client is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on the deliverables during the testing phase. Any bugs or issues identified by the client will be addressed by PureMath Solutions to the best of their abilities.

Limitation of Liability

PureMath Solutions will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered IT/ITES services. The liability of PureMath Solutions, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.


Either party may terminate the IT/ITES services by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for the payment of any fees accrued up until the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.
